The DJ Fresh original is a very fast paced track with an extremely catchy beat. It provides for an extremely pleasurable listening experience.

In the remix, Flux Pavilion adds his signature feel and a grimy beat that includes some pretty filthy sounds. All-in-all its a pretty sick dubstep/filth rendition of an already great track.

Mr. Hudson’s new video for Love Never Dies (Back For The First Time), his collabo with Caspa. I’m not really sure what I think about the video but I am looking forward to Mr. Hudson’s mixtape, G.O.O.D. Ass Mixtape, to drop in late August.

The Bad Touch (Prime Remix) – Bloodhound Gang

A fantastic remix to this 90’s classic. Gotta love the whomp and memorable synth lines from the original merging together, fun song.

Currently touring the UK, Emalkay is another dubstep DJ on the rise and will certainly be one to watch out for. This single When I Look at You solidified his spot as a top dubstep producer in 2009, earning him recognition from other prominent DJs and the dubstep community alike. The track has a very ominous intro that drops into a grimy bass pounding beat. If you don’t already have this in your music library be ashamed and consider this your opportunity to add it.

Cookie Monsta is the creator of some of the most filthy dubstep around. Mainly for the comedic value, I’ll go ahead and post some youtube responses to his tracks:

The Canadian based producer is hitting the dubstep scene with some serious force. Zeds Dead has concocted the perfect balance, mixing melodic vocals with some original and very grimy beats. They do this extremely well in both of the following songs and culminated the ultimate listening experience. White Satin is my personal favorite but their remix of Massive Attack’s Paradise Circus is also a very dirty track. Thanks for the heads up Haily. Much appreciated!

Paradise Circus (Zeds Dead Remix) – Massive Attack

Keeping true to Imogen Heap, Roksonix opens this dubstep masterpiece with the original lyrics to the song then mixes in some dirty Dubstep beats. Its a hard hitting dubstep rework of an already brilliant and incredibly chill song. I would have never thought Hide and Seek could sound so good with a dubstep rework but it’s launched Roksonix into the dubstep scene. The pause and drop at 2:55 really makes the song for me. A Melodic Dubstep Love Song is rare and unusual to find. Nit Grit just dropped a dirty track entitled “Love Song” that is probably as close as a Dubstep artist can come to creating a love song. The track just dropped the other day and is gonna be HUGE. He KILLS it in this one, no questions asked!

The “Awakening” has a sick build up and the drop is so much different than I anticipated. After listening to this track “suddenly the door was opened” to the possibilities and potential of what Nit Grit is capable of creating. A real upbeat and motivating song.
